2. Free Services and Local Processing

ToolGi provides a suite of image editing, conversion, and formatting tools entirely free of charge. We do not require account creation, and we do not have any premium or paid plans.

All tool processing (resizing, compressing, converting) happens strictly on the client-side (on your local device browser). By using our tools, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the files you process. Because files are not uploaded to our servers, we have no capability to recover, store, or intercept your documents.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
To process explicit, illegal, or highly confidential materials assuming server-side security (though processing is local, you hold sole responsibility for the output).
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ToolGi, a ToolGi employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ToolGi and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ToolGi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
